I agree!Trump also already stopped TPP that was the destruction of U.S. sovreignity. some should make a list of all the things Trump has already accomplished with out any power
This is nice...but I do NOT trust the GOP House leadership, and think the disloyal RINO Ryan is only doing this to stave off his own defeat.
Obamacare has devolved into a heavily subsidized insurance program for people with pre existing conditions that no insurer would want in its pool of insureds because for them it is a money losing proposition. That is why insurers are dropping out. Obama was looking for ways to get at taxpayer money to cover their losses and bribe them to stay in. I would think that Trump or Congress could let this thing die of its own weight in 2017 when insurers are told not to expect taxpayer money to cover their losses. They will however need a sound fiscally responsible alternative for pre existing condition folks to get insured when the insurers flee the program. Free ponies provided when Dems are in power are not easy to take away.

Prior to Obamacare 35 States had high risk pools. If you wanted everyone insured they should have added the other 15 states and made the purchase of a health insurance policy an AGI item so it is with pre-tax money if you will, for folks that are not self employed or have an employer plan. That would have been effective changes around the margins, not setting up the entire health care system to fail so we devolve into single payer.
Perhaps a national high risk pool will be a component....
Those penalties are already dead unless a new Law is passed giving The IRS the power to collect these penalties or prosecute those who don’t pay. However if someone is owed a refund then the irs can deduct the penalties so it’s best for anyone wanting to get a non ObamaCare health insurance plan to make sure their withholdings and estimated payments are less than what is owed.
