That’s my impression too.
It’s good that there is a transition period. That’s when the incoming president will gradually learn about ‘details’ and ‘reality’ of the situation. Initially, I’d imagine it can be absolutely daunting. It’s like any new job except this is a MASSIVE one with significant responsibilities.
Haven’t seen anyone commenting on Trump’s pursed mouth/lips as he is shaking Obama’s hand. Also, Trump is not looking at the camera.
Obama looks like his arm is reaching out more and first toward Trump, though his right arm hand are closer to Trump’s than Trump’s right arm toward Obama. Plus, as the current president, he should be initiating and taking that lead, even if it is simply a superficial gesture for exchange of pleasantries in front of cameras.
To my uneducated eye, Trump looked totally dominant, and disgusted with 0bola, and serious. 0bola looked clueless, nervous, irritated, outdone and trying to repress stark terror.
Obama showed Trump the FBI file they have.
I just saw the short video. That finger tapping on Trump’s part is a sure sign of boredom and impatience and what one does when forced to listen to nonsense.

I also believe he’s been planning this for decades.
For a methodical, planning businessman that would entail getting to know all kinds of people all over the world and gathering as much info as possible.
He could have more dirt on people than the Clintons do. I believe that’s why they fear and loathe him so much. But I don’t believe he’d use it just to get ahead like they do.
There is another possibility. Obama may have passed information of an impending catastrophe. An asteroid, a new ice age, a plague... I thought Trump looked rattled.

IMHO Trump will use any info he has in his possession to MAGA and use against those who oppose his efforts to MAGA.

When I saw the picture, it looked to me that Obama’s chair is much wider than Trump’s giving him more room to manspread.
