Not all the investigations were closed on the 6th.
Unless there is something I don’t know about, everything else was judgement calls and she could have just made an error. (Or, at least, that’s what they’ll say) But the email thing that was closed Nov 6 was the only investigation that possessed criminal intent per federal government. The Clinton Foundation possibles are for civil at this point as I don’t think the feds are doing anything about that, yet. And I hope she gets nailed there, too.
