I’m 97 years old. Anybody under 80 is a child to me.

Then, to you -- at my age -- I must be the nutrients in the soil that will eventually become a carrot that a father eventually eats to eventually create a sperm cell that will eventually fertilize an egg that will eventually become a child.

This not not a matter of someone accidentally going to the site. The feds have to go to great lengths to prove intent. And it is easy to do. These pervs are relentless.

Ok. That makes it a little easier to accept.

Yes, what used to be my cougar hunting would now be cradle robbing. Same adult age group, but far in the rear view mirror now.

Nice. So the FBI is engaged in extensive criminal activity for the purpose of ensnaring otherwise presumably innocent citizens. Can anyone say “entrapment?”

How many of the freaks wouldn’t have found child porn if not for the FBI dangling it out there? How many got into CP only because of these easy to find sites?

Kinda like the feds giving fake bombs to idiots and then claiming they stopped a terrorist attack. While the fools were too stupid to wash a dinner plate

BULLSH!T. This was all part of the podesta pedohiple ring which is about to break wide open any minute now.

I was wondering if that was the case, too.
The WikiLeaks releases still have another 5 weeks or so, and given the progressively worse progression of the content of the leaks, it may end up showing that the Podesta ring wasn't an isolated thing, but government sanctioned/sponsored. — Or maybe it's worse.

Its just creepy that a federal agency would run such a site at all, no matter what the reason.

Isn’t that a bit like vice having a sting operation to catch guys having sex with prostitutes, but to catch them, they actually have to have sex with undercover female cops?

Or am I missing something?

And what does it take to be guilty. If you accidentally click on a picture in some random google search of images and immediately click out when you see what it is, are you “busted”?

One time when I was at T-Mobile I was doing a search for SharePoint help using google. When I clicked on the link it took me to a pr0n site. I immediately backed out to the google page, created a copy of the screen image and emailed it to myself, showing the purple text of the site I clicked on as well as the search phrase in the search text that got me there. I wanted to make sure that if HR tried to ding me there was a clear trail that I had been searching for SharePoint help and the link even looked legit.

It’s one of the things I worry about - getting caught up in one of these things completely accidentally and being “stuck”. That is, the same thing has happened to me at home and I don’t bother with creating a paper trail because there is no “HR” department to worry about.

But my guess is they are going for the guys that are obviously there on purpose...

Given how the War on Drugs has set up a pretty long precedence for doing this it might be hard to get an entrapment charge going. OTOH, there are two things that would prove that intent:

Both of those would conclusively prove entrapment, and conspiracy.

Yep. It means they were actually breaking the law - exploiting children with the type of material that makes such sites illegal. And they, themselves were exposed to it. I wonder what woman out there would want her husband doing that for a living.

From the information so far, it’s looking pretty widespread. These people are beyond sick and they all need to be in prison for life.

We need an independent treason, satanic and pedophilia tribunal to bring all these sick farks to justice

Sounds like the FBI caught the guys running the site and seized it. If they immediately took it offline, they don’t catch the sick Mofos who get off on these sites, leave it up and catch the IP addresses of the users. It’s iffy, but these pervs have many sites they go to, if they have a way to see who is actually using it, downloading uploading checking out multiple pics then I don’t have a problem with it. And I’m sure every one of these guys will say they went on the site by accident, yeah just like the guys who met Chris Hansen on to catch a predator just happened to have a case of beer and were just going to tell the girl to be careful.

To be frank, this whole “nailing guys doing things on their computer at home” thing makes me nervous. I read a story here on FR about six years ago where some guy had a bunch of illegal stuff on his computer and he claimed that he had no idea it was there. It went to court and it turned out that he was able to prove that some piece of malware had put it there and it really wasn’t him. But it was very costly and was a lesson to me.

All you have to do is have a computer at home with an internet connection and you might have the police knocking on your door.

I solved my concerns by putting ad-blocker and a java stopper on my computer. I have a list of trusted sites. If I’m redirected somewhere else, nothing will run unless I tell it to make an exception. And even then it is only temporary (unless I choose to make it permanent).

Only with Naked kids. For the amusement of pedophiles.

What could possibly go wrong?
