Surprised? I’m not, it was those sorry bastards “the Globalist Booshes” who didn’t spend the money per the Congressional mandate. And while we’re litigating the Clintoons and the Obolas, how about taking a hard look at both Boohes? No one should be above the law. Some high-level people from the last four administrations should have to get lawyers. I’m damned tired of these people being able to skate.
