Eliminate the mandate and the whole thing will collapse rather quickly.
And, with no mandate, there can BE NO fines, anyway.

IMHO the Interior dept should be tasked with a moon shot to marshal all evidence, pro and con, re: global warming and CO2. No hokey “It’s true if we say it is” appeals to authority; actual science.ID required to vote
I favor replacing the prohibition of photography at polling places with a requirement for photography of each applicant for a ballot. You go the polls to vote, your picture is taken. You request a ballot illegally, you just hadn’t ought to have done it.

Jim, this is a relief to those of us in the medical field who were planning to shrug under socialized medicine. My niche still allows me to charge whatever people are willing to pay. Hopefully this can’t be undone by a future administration.
Yep. Serves them right. They passed it under the reconciliation rules, and improperly dropped the Senate bill into a house bill, so that they could pretend it originated in the house, to avoid the appropriate process, because the dude from Massachusetts campaigned and won based upon his casting the deciding no vote - Senate didn’t have the 60 votes to pass it, so they faked it.
Chris Collins is a good friend of mine. We helped get him elected. We text back and forth a lot.
I have some great friends involved in the Trump camp.
The Feds have not been “stealing” state powers. It has merely been accepting them when offered. States can barely deal with the things clearly their responsibility, much less a bunch of other things now federalized. This whole process started with the removal of state appointed Senators, if they accept that you can figure that nothing in the 10th means anything.
As well, we need to remove the self-imposed disparities like the high corporate tax rate and stifling regulations we place on our businesses that cause them to head to other countries like Mexico where they are not subject to the same. There’s having first world standards for businesses and then there’s savaging your businesses under the guise of first world standards. The libs and RINOs have taken us far too much down the savaging path.
