It also hawks the same thing for other homosexual communities around the nation.
So strange as it may seem, yes there are adds to get homosexuals to visit California and even relocate there.
The link I used to find this site, had “relocate” in it’s summary of what you would see if you hit the link.
Well, we’re already going to be building a great wall, we can just add another 1,000 miles on for our new border between the US and the former California.
I don’t think it can legally be done. Texas might be an exception, but I am not even certain they could do it.
California, like Texas, was actually a nation unto itself for about 24 hours before joining the nation.
I forget the exact details, but California didn’t just incorporate as a state solely.

He should be tried for sedition. Now I say that admittedly not knowing the full qualifications for it, but any guy that can be tied to paying rioters to riot, should be tried, convicted, and placed in prison.
CA will need them to wage civil war against the other 49 states if their secession is opposed.

The feds need to lean hard on the California state government lackeys, and tell them in no uncertain terms that their flagrant willful violation of federal laws is going to come back and bite them in the ass, hard.
I didn’t go into this thread with the thought of guessing. All I did was quote the Constitution and one of the briefs written by a supreme court justice, Scalia supporting it. I was born and raised in California, central valley. I know how they think, and their complete disregard for the law. I also know they have gone bankrupt in the state treasury a few times due to their mismanagement of funds.
But the point is according to the brief from Scalia, if one person is denied anything due to their actions against the US, they are in violation of the Constitution and the federal government will step in if requested by the violated or if the violation is discovered. It has nothing to do with majority vote. And if they have to step in militarily, the state wouldn’t stand a chance. This is not a bunch of men throwing tea in the harbor. This is like a country threatening to violate the rights of a citizen(s). And that is treason.

Thank you for not trying to educate me. You fully send out the message of the democrats, that they are elitists that have such a high opinion of themselves that they think only their way is right and blindly follow their “leaders” into failure. Re-electing moonbeam is a perfect example.
Besides, I already graduated, my first degree from Fresno State as a matter of fact. But nothing in either of my degrees contained the word inadequate. That’s why I have chosen not to retire in California. Don’t like throwing money into the ocean.

The asshats that want to secede are just that. Don’t play into their hot foul airings that have nothing to do with the lives and fortunes of real people who are patriots and love this country America.

Your points are valid. My basic point is that secessionists have valid claims also. And that the issue was left surprisingly vague by the Framers.
You’re right that a pre-established process is needed and written into law. It should be painful to the state (or county) that chooses to leave, but peaceful and permitted.

I agree with you that it is vague in that there is no yea or nay to secession in the Constitution plainly written out. But that’s not the way this needs to be considered.
All of the states in the union have commitments to and from each other. Each state has commitments to and from the Federal government, also. There is no state in the union with the capacity to conduct itself as an independent nation. That’s why states had to vote to become a member in the union. There are way too many problems to being an independent nation in so many ways. So considering independence is foolish. And if a democratic vote of the people in California produced one nay vote, legally within the Constitution by what I pasted in, it will create a civil war they can’t win.

The is just awful in CA, they keep counting mail in ballots and it keeps giving Shilly more votes. I don’t trust the counting but any way you slice it, awful. As DJ says even splitting it in 2 now might not help us.
Huge parts of Oregon and WA State along with Illinois are disenfranchised. We need to take separation into the political mainstream.
