Well, now the conservatives can win big with no California or Oregon in the Electoral college, but there is the problem of zero votes. I hate to say it, but secession is the beginning of the end. It is an opportunity for an enemy to strike.
Let the tiny parts that vote yes go.
Surround them with enough firepower to turn them into ash if they invite one foreign army near them.
