What stood out to me occurred exactly at the 2:50 mark.

From everything I've read about him, one of Trump's defining characteristics is that he has a strong, firm handshake and he always looks someone in the eye when he's shaking his hand.

He refused to look Obama in the eye when he shook his hand.
