Jeb was one of the most unsuccessful campaigners in modern history. He did a 100 slide Powerpoint presentation about how Trump would never get the nomination, let alone be POTUS. I wonder if he feels like he got his $$ worth?

Dollars that could have been used to rebuild factories, roads and bridges. Instead, they line the pockets of leftwing media functionaries, where their half-life will extend throughout Trump's presidency. Don't let the Bushes back at the grown-ups' table.

Years ago, GHWB should have become Democrat. The whole family would have been much happier over the years had they recognized their Democrat orientation and not tried to “pretend” to be Republicans.
Bob Dole considered becoming Democrat after he returned from war but went Republican to be competitive in Russell, KS. At least Dole learned to respect his party, of which he was briefly a national chairman in the Nixon years. And he was among the few bigwigs in the gop-e who did formally endorse Trump. Dole proved superior to GHWB!
I worked on Al Haig’s campaign during the day and guarded then Vice President Bush’s plane and automobiles at night at the Des Moines Air Guard base.
