I watched an interview on France-24 today. Retired State Dept guy. He described her four years as simply a ‘caretaker’....this was part of her problem in his observation....she simply traveled around and gave speeches. There’s nothing on her resume. He even suggested that in 2008....she’d been better off to stay in the Senate and take more of a leadership role there and ran in 2016 as simply a senator.
If you look at any Fortune-500 company....caretaker CEOs are remembered for much of anything.
