Might be a tempting trade. Hell .. I'd be willing to let Kalifornikatia go to Meh-hee-coe and let that craphole become THEIR damn problem! That way, Kalifornikatians would need a passport and citizenship to move to other states!

Actually they should divide California down the middle. From Orange county line north to the border, and along the coastal mountain range.
Liberal get most of the coast (leaving San Diego to conservatives) and Conservatives would have the central valley (and the water).
