Doesn’t matter where they go, they are never to become a state. They are a district and either they remain that way or they get folded into Maryland or Virginia or a combination of both.

But assuming it was to be dissolved, why would any part of it be folded in to Virginia? Virginia has already taken back the portions of D.C. which it originally ceded to create that swamp. The whole remaining pile of crap is on the Maryland side of the Potomac.
Bingo! He should start:
1. Make every federal “worker” read the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights.
2. They all have to read key texts on liberty and freedom (start with “Miracle at Philadelphia” and “The Business of May Next: James Madison and the Founding”).
3. They have to take and pass a “Liberty & Freedom” exam and pass with 90%
4. They have to take a loyalty oath to the Constitution.
Any of them failing these four are FIRED without any severance. I’m in a generous mood today, so we’ll let them keep 50% of their pensions (military excepted from this rule).
