This is mainly due to over-votes in California and New York. Fortunately, we don’t elect based on popular vote, or the level of cheating by democrats would be orders of magnitude greater, since every cheated vote would count.

It’s mainly due to the difference of votes of dead people, multiple vote voters, illegal immigrants, bought-off bums & little old ladies & non English speaking disinteresteds.
