BHO will grant her a full pardon on JAN 18, 2017. I've posted on this before. The Ford pardon of Nixon was not challenged. Once the vacant SCOTUS seat is filled, any pardon without having an indictment is unconstitutional. It is not in the power of the President to do so because the term pardon has a specific definition.
