Crist, a Republican-turned-independent-turned-Democrat, beat incumbent Rep. David Jolly on Tuesday in the race to represent the 13th Congressional District, helping Democrats in the mission to make slight inroads into the Republican House majority.
The 60-year-old Crist, who was governor from 2007 to 2011, ran for the Senate as a Republican in 2010 but lost in the primary to the eventual general election winner, future Sen. Marco Rubio – who was victorious again Tuesday in his own re-election bid.

This is looking like it will be one of the few victories for the Left tonight. Making Crist the voice of the Left instead of someone like Soetoro or Sanders is actually a good thing, because Crist is uninspiring and insipid in every way.

yep, I’ve been ridiculing Jolly on his 2 facebook pages for months now. So glad he lost to basically an older version of him. I must be banned from his main facebook page where he has 19000 followers as I cant leave any comments on that one. He didn’t support Trump so he is dead to me.
