PA Dauphine County has a lot of precincts still out, Clinton running a little ahead. Philadelphia has 68 out of 1600 still out. Just have a feeling dirty tricks to get this to a recount in PA.

That's why nobody is calling the race, not because they don't know what's outstanding, but because they don't know how badly the Democrats will cheat to manufacture enough votes to win, either in PA or MI.
