Needs to be up 27 to 30,000 votes (in that range) to avoid the 0.5% recount in PA.
Trump is up a little more than 1% in PA with 96% of the precincts in.
Trump does not need Pennsylvania. He does not even need Michigan.
He only needs Wisconsin, Arizona, Alaska and the 2nd district in Maine.
Those states are now guaranteed.
