RCP now has Trump leading FL and at 266 electoral votes with no tossups. Only trailing NH by 0.6 but that includes the phone WMUR poll with Clinton +11. http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/2016_elections_electoral_college_map_no_toss_ups.html

If they think they have NH, then they are at what, 265? MI puts them well over.
I’m trying to have “fun”, rwilson. ...but am too nervous at this juncture!
Pray without ceasing that God will show us mercy and work this miracle before our eyes, to enable our nation to repent of its wicked ways and seek His face, to give grace and humility to Donald Trump and Mike Pence so that they are enabled to become our next President and Vice President, that our nation may prosper and be delivered from judgement, that we may be a blessing to all of our citizens as well as all of our neighbors in the world.
Don't forget than one, maybe two of the WA electors will not vote for HRC. One is voting Stein to save Mother Earth and the second rebel says he is not sure what he is going to do yet.
whoraldo?
Amen.
I am!
Trump has more YUGE yard signs than Hillary in NH, but on public roads there are at least as many Hillary signs as Trump. However during the primaries Jeb had vast forests of signs to no effect, so if paid campaign workers are putting them out they don't mean much. But it does indicate a solid Hillary ground game.
There are a disturbing number of Hillary (not so yuge) yard signs around, no doubt due to the vast migration of Massachusetts residents driven north by high real estate prices. These people bring their ultra-blue values with them.
That's why NH went for Obama twice.
In terms of real enthusiasm for Hillary there's none. All the energy is with Trump, Stein and to a lesser extent Johnson.
No sign of McMullin anywhere...
That is what I did last night!
You lucky dude!
Your post stinks of malign intent. If I believed what you posted I wouldn't post it now in order to keep morale up.
Apparently GOP morale is of absolutely no interest to you.
Which speaks volumes, no matter how rarely you post.
Morale doesn’t decide elections. Demographics do. That was the point I started making here years ago.
We need to work with demographics, not against them. Otherwise we’ll have fewer and fewer years in the Executive over the next two generations. And God help us if those demographics start voting in midterms.
As I suspected you're another one of those "we need to reach out to minorities" anti-conservatives. (And very likely a closeted Never Trumper)
Most minorities vote Democrat because they're liberals. The only way for the GOP to reach out to them... actually, there is no way. The usual suggestion is to become more liberal, but why would a liberal vote for watered down liberal Republicans when they can vote for the real thing.
At the same time as it fails to bring in black and hispanic votes this approach would also alienate the GOP base.
The only alternative is to energize the existing base by becoming more consistently pro-American, pro-border control, and anti-globalist, ditching "free trade" and siding with American workers. The minority voters we already have are with us because they're conservative so they would be fine with this. We won't lose any of the genuinely "naturally conservative" hispanics (usually around 35% or so). Plus we bring back the blue collar workers the two Bush's neoconservative globalism lost.
That's how we can do as well with our base as Democrats do with theirs.
That's the only path to victory.
Me too!
Never, winner take all gives more power to the smaller states. Apportioning is a slippery slope to making the election straight voting, which gives it to CA and NY...
What was that? Could you speak up? I can't make it out over all the winning.
I guess we won't see this defeatist around here for another four years. If I'm still alive I'll be waiting to remind everyone of his efforts to demoralize us on the eve of the greatest victory since Reagan's in 1980.
