I think the RNC is wasting it’s breath here.
Comey’s comments have let the air out of that balloon.
The only thing that will get results, is Trump being elected and him tasking his Justice Department to follow this corruption wherever it leads, and put just about everyone Clinton knows in a federal prison, when the facts justify it of course.
We know too much for Comey’s exoneration to have any meaning.
We’re not the only ones either. Just about everyone knows Clinton is a dirty crook.
1. Continue on Trump's positive closing arguments in favor of America. 2. Make sure to stress that just while one investigation is inconclusive at the moment (and probably rigged) she IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE FBI and if you're not sure they are guilty, you can be sure her presidency will be a never ending nightmare of investigation and possible Constitutional Crises. 3. Then re-iterate the positive.

The FBI no longer has any credibility. The Clinton Foundation might as well be investigated by the mafia.
I'm not so sure. At this point no one will ever believe she is not crooked. I think there's a better chance of this backfiring.
It is damned difficult to conduct such an investigation without a Grand Jury and access to subpoenas and the ability to do search warrants for records of the players.
Pretty impossible task. What are they looking into? Schweitzer’s book? Without the normal tools for law enforcement the investigative options are negligible.
How has Hillary skated through all of her criminal activity from cattle futures to the Clinton Foundation syndicate? Truly the biggest criminal in US history, and she is running for president. Washington needs an enema.
