I live in VA now, so I’m not that tuned in on PA stuff, other than reading with schadenfreude about Kane’s demise and also that Wolf is so unpopular. The SEPTA strike in Philly has the potential to disrupt turnout there as people in the city may not have transportation to the polls (including the Black Panther poll watchers) and also the SEPTA union workers probably won’t bother voting either since they usually vote on company time and also get a free lunch and adult beverage when they come back with an “I voted for Democrats today.” sticker.
When Philly doesn’t get its usual 110% registered voter turnout, it’s dampens Democrats’ chances of winning the state.
Last poll I saw for Senate had Toomey down a few points, but he is always down heading into elections but manages to squeak by on election day. With Trump showing well in PA, that should help Toomey.
