He may be right about what they were up to; however, if that was the plan, their hand grenade blew up in their face. Ask yourself, is Donald Trump in much better position to win now than he was before the announcement? That is a resounding YES. So with this announcement coming out 2 days before the election, will some voters swing back to Hillary? Possible, but more than the number she has lost? Of course not, so what was point? To lose her 10 points in the polls in 8 days and then have her recover 2 of those points in the last 2 days? And what about all those votes she lost among those voted in the meantime? Again, this theory makes no logical sense.

I speculated that the initial letter to Congress was a courtesy to the Clinton Camp by Comey to allow Hillary and the MSM time to smooth it out prior to the election.
