Yep, and I think the reason why Comey didn't recommend an indictment now is because it is the Department of Justice that hands down the indictments, and you know Loretta Lynch won't do that for really obvious reasons! Instead, the information is now in the hands of the NYPD instead, and tne NYPD could do something really nasty against the Clintons soon....

In regards to the release of classified info, there does —not— have to be intent proven. The mere release of info is, in itself, a violation.

In a sane world yes, along with a recommendation for indictment and steps for a Grand Jury or Special Prosecutor - I'm not an attorney, but in a normal say, 1960 world, whatever they would have done next to prosecute the case. That's what Rudy would do. There are hundreds of potential felonious indictments in my mind.

My guess he knows (or has been told) Lynch and Obama won't touch it so he doesn't even recommend it.

If he was part of the Clinton team he would have turned over all the FBI's evidence to Lorreta Lynch.He did not do that.Instead he left the door open for the NYPD to do their thing.

It took the FBI months to review just over 30,000 emails. Now in a few days they have reviewed 650,000 emails over 20 times the original amount and all is clear. He's just trying to play both sides so that it appears like he's clean. But he is not.

In light of how things played out, I think he was a Clinton operative all along. I think his announcement last week was to pause the WikiLeaks (removed the immediacy of it) to burn the clock for a week. At this point they think they can suppress the MSM for the remaining 2 days even if a dump now occurs. The Clinton campaign has already put out the talking point to justify it..."late-breaking WikiLeaks must be false."

That’s not the case.
Comey had the choice of taking the DOJ out of the picture or giving them his evidence. He took them out of the picture, he made the right move!!
Now it’s up to the NYPD to get the job done. They have grand jurys to use and all the evidence they need. Hopefully, they will get the job done.
