She’s never going to prison. She is untouchable because nobody is willing to put a former first lady, senator and first female candidate for president behind bars. Its just not how things in Washington DC work. Its a club and they take care of their own and fear their own vulnerabilities.
Assuming she is not elected, and therefore cannot be impeached, the worst that will happen is that she will be embattled by endless Congressional hearings and legal maneuvers to delay any process against her. It could go on for many, many years. Eventually she’ll just fade away.

There are major cracks in the foundation of this premise.
These things are hard to pin down, but after watching how they have evaded justice to this point, I won’t disagree with you.
I hope you’re wrong, and I see that possibility.
They can't take the risk of protecting Bill and Hillary the way they usually protect one another.
Bill and Hill have to be either so totally discredited that no one believes a word they say then locked away far from the public eye in a way that keeps them from letting out a tidbit to grab the spotlight, or they have to be dead.
The risk of either one of them flipping is too great to take and for all the talk about their wealth, their flipping would put billionaires and multi-billion dollar corporations at risk of being destroyed.
What they can spell out wouldn't just would make it difficult for a few elected officials to stay in office, it would lead to the destruction of holdings worth multiple billions of dollars all around the world.
Like the mob guys say, "Why take the risk?"
