The affidavit states that Mary Hall was identified by looking at the Supervisor of Elections’ Facebook page. The Supervisor of Elections’ regular website has no pictures. The Facebook page has group pictures, with no one identified.
Remember the warnings about fake news feeds being set up to spread false information.
I would really love to see this to be true, but we really need to be cautious.

She says she recognized Mary Hall from a group picture, and from pictures on the walls at the SOE. The affidavit is not inconsistent with what your observed. It is consistent with it.
