I don’t know if this is all that helpful and this stage. Sounds like a very long investigation to prove, if international child abuse cases are any indication. They go on for years. On this particular topic, they know it is super-illegal, hence the extreme care they take to cover tracks. Very tricky to convict.

Two follow-up points come to mind immediately.
