Obama Should Just Pardon Hillary for Every Conceivable Crime (NOT)
FrontPage Mag ^ | November 4, 2016 | Daniel Greenfield

Don't look now, but #PardonHer talk is growing.

Just as the Clinton campaign and its media allies rage against the FBI, some are looking for a pardon solution. And a way to spin that pardon as something other than a straight admission of guilt. How about political reconciliation and a way to defy those mean Republicans and take the issue of all the crimes that Hillary committed off the table? Here you go.

It does not take much clairvoyance to predict that Clinton's most strident opponents may seek to extend the use criminal investigations as a political tactic to undermine her presidency if she wins the election next week. That prospect triggers a startling idea: Should President Barack Obamasimply pardon Clinton if she wins the election?...

I can see a pardon for the email fiasco under the guise of national security. Going to be tougher on Obama’s legacy to blow off the Clinton Foundation money laundering.

0bama will do just that, because a large portion of her criminal activity leads right back to HIS doorstep. He doesn't want to do it now, because it will provoke too much controversy and might effect the election, AND, despite his campaigning, he and the clintons are enemies. He, no doubt, is enjoying watching them twist in the wind.

Sheesh. Conservatives have been predicting this for over a year.

Truly believe regardless of the election outcome, a full pardon is forthcoming.

Obama might blow off his legacy, and pardon ANYONE who had a hand in the e mail scandal. He was implicated too. I don't believe for a second that he learned of her e mail problems on the news. He knew it, and was complicit in it, and he might need a pardon too.
While he is at it, he might pardon Lois Lerner, Koskinen, and Loretta Lynch, for starters. I am sure there are tons of other democrats that need pardons.

The President can pardon all Federal crimes, but since NYPD found the laptop, I’m sure they can find some state crimes that are non-pardonable by Obama.

On a level playing field, that might be true. But, the laws the majority adhere to don’t apply to all.

” If voters choose her for the presidency, their decision that the allegations are not disqualifying deserves respect.”

No, it does not. It only shows that DemocRats are ALL as corrupt as Hillary.

Maybe they should start a new movement:

Pardon and "Move On".....

(too soon?)

Stupid premise.

Obama can’t pardon Hilary for crimes committed against Libya, Syria, and Egypt.

Trump could and should let them extradite her. And Obama himself. And McCain. And the code pink witch. And whoever else they have solid evidence against.

Best case scenario: the two party system is shattered.

There’s a stack of pardons laying around with blanks for name and date. Kinda like post dating a check. Just fill in the desired name and date and BOOM! Just like using a “cloth or something”, crimes disappear.

I have my doubts that a blanket pardon would be legal. IE...”for all crimes they may have committed between 2008-and the end of 2016”.

I think it has to specify what. And I’m pretty sure there has to be a charge to pardon them from.

“... a stack of pardons laying around with blanks for names and dates ...”

Wait a minute. You can’t just forgive somebody without describing WHAT it is that you are forgiving them for. That’s insane. Nobody can just “make someone whole” with the wave of a pen.

To me, a pardon does not excuse the fact that she did it. I know her voters will see it as exoneration, but I don’t see it that way. I also know they don’t care how I see it.

Well then, I say “Do it Barry,”
Do it. Do it now. Make the announcement from the Rose Garden this afternoon.

Make it a blanket pardon for all crimes Her Feloniousness may have committed going all the way back to the moment of conception.

I for one- can’t think of a better way of nuking Her candidacy and destroying BillyJed, GrannyFace and ChelseaMae Grifters forever. Do it, Barry!
