Attorneys General don't hand out indictments. Neither do Presidents. They only investigate. And then they can refer their findings to a magistrate, in this case a federal judge, once they have probable cause to convene a Grand Jury. If the judge agrees, a Jury is impaneled to review the findings of the investigators and they're the ones who indict. And thanks to Anthony Weiner, there is already a Grand Jury impaneled who has been re-tasked to investigate the email contents of his laptop. Chances are about 9 in 10 that they will return indictments against Weiner, Abedin, Podesta and Clinton. Maybe even Lynch and Obama for Obstruction of Justice. Hey, a guy can dream, can't he?
