The 55,000 pages are the emails they turned over to the State Department to try to (retroactively) comply with records retention laws. They specify pages because they actually printed them out and delivered hardcopies, apparently the law requires that.
The 33,000 emails are the emails that Cheryl Mills and a couple cronies decided NOT to turn over, and subsequently deleted and bleachbitted in order to hide them from investigators.
