I'm starting to think she really doesn't care. I sincerely think that she believes she can intimidate, threaten, kill or ignore anyone in her way. I even think she believes that she will somehow come out on top of a nuclear war. That is how deep her meglomaniacal delusion goes.

She is truly in a realm that I thought was beyond Human depravity, but I guess that Human was the key word. I think her evil transcends anything normal people could even begin to understand.
