Heard Brett Baier tell Brit Hume at the top of the hour on "On the Record" that his sources are 99% confident that at least five foreign intelligence agencies hacked Hillary's server and took things from it.
I will laugh if russia isnt one of them

Given Hillary’s totally incompetent and reckless handing of our national security information, if only five foreign intelligence agencies were able to hack Clinton’s server and take ( not steal - Hillary already stole the info first) then the officers of every other intelligence agency should be executed for incompetence
