I despise the USPS.

My carrier is a nasty woman who ignores you when you stand in front of her and ask a question.

My MIL mailed me a birthday card from Austin in September, about a 3 hour drive from us... it took TWELVE days to arrive.

We mailed important financial documents to the company handling my pension. The only way they would accept the documents was via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Paid extra for an email notification. One week and NOTHING. I called the institution and they said yes, they had received it. The post office couldn’t FIND IT. Even though we knew it had arrives... we let them keep looking. Three months later they gave up and sent an email that said sorry.

I hate the USPS.

Not every thing goes perfectly. Not every carrier is a great carrier. Sorry! I cannot answer for every detail of every fail that can possibly happen. I’m not perfect either, and I make mistakes. I correct them if I catch them, but sometimes a mistake isn’t caught.
