as for intent its the timing they never released them except in 2014 and then “dumped” or bleachbitted them march 25-31 within 30 days of the subpoena....probable cause is what a reasonable person would think...

I read a long article about this. Their position is they were shutting the email server down and wanted to make sure it was thoroughly destroyed so it would be safe to dispose of. And it was supposedly all IT people, HRC had no knowledge. Sure.
Don’t worry be happy. Having cleared criminal HRC for espionage, this new investigation will clear her and the Clinton Foundation of racketeering. Thus HRC will start off her first of eight or more years (assuming she survives her nuclear war with Russia) with a clean slate.
