Meltdown at Justice
wsj ^ | 10/31/16 | wsj

Attorney General Lynch abdicated her duty in the Clinton probes.

Fewer than three of 10 Americans trust government to do the right thing always or most of the time, Gallup reports, and the years since 2007 are “the longest period of low trust in government in more than 50 years.” The details emerging about the multiple investigations into Hillary Clinton explain a lot about this ebbing public confidence in institutions such as the Justice Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation. ***

Start with Attorney General Loretta Lynch. A cavalcade of former Justice heavyweights are now assailing FBI director James Comey for reopening the Clinton email file, and Justice sources are leaking that the director went rogue despite Ms. Lynch’s counsel not to alert Congress so close to an election.

But Mr. Comey works for the Attorney General. If she thinks Mr. Comey was breaking Justice rules by sending Friday’s letter to Congress, then she had every right to order him not do so. If Mr. Comey sent the letter anyway, and he didn’t resign, Ms. Lynch could then ask President Obama to fire him.

The republican dominated House of Representatives should be drawing up articles of impeachment against Lynch for obstruction of justice.

In order to see justice done, we first need an impartial DOJ. Comey made a regrettable decision in July by not having Hillary indicted when he had enough reason to do so. Comey is now swimming against the tide and there is no sympathy for him anywhere. Just hope that nothing happens that will reverse the gains that have been made by the Trump campaign.

In comments section of WSJ article did you notice who has been appointed by DOJ to conduct this investigation into the newly discovered emails? None other than Kadzik, BFF of one John Podesta. How do we protest this? Pass on so everyone is aware please.

The best defense for a crook is to run for public office.

Clinton spoke at KSU today, and appeared rather robust, no sign of illness, they also had that G.Gifford on CSPAN introduce Clinton in Cincinnati today. Once again, Clinton looked robust. Same old “Russia” theme brought up again.

Her reply to this email situation, is that it’s going as the previous, with the same result.

This is going to be “Arapoid”.

Nothing will come of this; that is why Hillary is so confident that nothing will be found. Podesta is her campaign chairman and Kadzik is his close friend.

.
Prime Time Fox News:

They brought on Judge Napolitano to say - Comey doesn’t report to Congress, and he doesn’t answer to them.

So, you see the establishment now pushing for everyone to fall in line and coverup illegal behavior!

Disgusting.

No wonder Obama was so “presidential”...he already had the problem fixed. This will not stand.

I now believe that Hillary has been scamming people with a phantom illness in the event she had to have an excuse to withdraw from the campaign. Which I believe was the deal made between Lynch and Bill, she would withdraw in exchange for no prosecution........the Clinton’s double crossed Comey and Lynch.

She could have told Hillary Clinton’s husband that the appointment was inappropriate, or refused to let him board her plane. She says the conversation was “social,” but she allowed the ex-President to create the appearance of a conflict of interest.
_______________
That’s an odd way of putting it. The meeting was unannounced and took place in a plane sequestered at the airport. She didn’t “allow” an appearance of conflict of interest, rather she failed to suppress the media’s discovery of it.

“...But Mr. Comey works for the Attorney General..”

No, Mr. Comey works for US, the American citizenry.

Force Her hand. Stand your ground and MAKE her fire you publically. And have multiple copies of that laptop’s hard drive so that the evidence can’t be erased and disappeared.

NOT acting when you have evidence of criminal activity is also choosing to influence an election.

“Did you see her gams? “

Yeah, I commented on them a day or two ago. I've seen better legs on a Steinway! She must have phlebitis, at least I hope she does. On a better note, I'd like to see Sheriff David Clarke assume the job of Director of the FBI. He would be able to get the stench out of it. And Rudy or Gowdy for AG. We have so many stellar people in this country, it's a major shame that we have been going backwards with Obama and his minions for eight years.

You are so right. The fix has been in ever since Clinton decided she wanted it. Nothing will change the rigged outcome. The only clinker is that Trump will win most everyplace that has honest voting, so it won’t look quite like a “mandate.”

I sincerely hope that I am wrong.

FBI - garbage
DOJ - garbage
USGOV - garbage

Not a meltdown. Yet.

They’re seriously losing control and what little trust still exists. Very dangerous and not over.

They were exposed and the general public got a good look at what they really are - treasonous, lying, maggot-grifters who’ll do anything to keep power. America, the Constitution, Americans be damned.
