It doesn't sound like Jew-S-A in Spanish. It sounds like Jew-S-A when some native Spanish speakers pronounce you. Somehow, they make the U sound like a J. I was born and reared here in Phoenix. All my life, I've had Spanish-speaking people say "How jou doin'." They don't mean ANYTHING by it, that's just the way their pronunciation is.

My guess is this guy is too ignorant to know that he's not pronouncing it in Spanish. He tried to pronounce it in broken English.
