Actually, she never technically recused herself.
She simply made a public statement that she would accept whatever recommendation Comey gave her.
She continued to have the power of oversight of the DOJ prosecutors working the case and the power to make decisions on the case as she wishes.
You’re right but she also pushed Comey hard both in July and last week on this “rule” that no investigations should be done that could influence the outcome of an election.
Anyway you slice it, putting politics ahead of law enforcement means she isn’t doing her job. And when a government employee allows politics to influence how they do their job, that is corruption.
