Voted on Friday (28OCT) in WV. Trump/Pence, Bill Cole for Governor, etc. Approximately 15 minutes from getting in line to start of voting process. My county uses an electronic interface to a paper tape printer that records each selection as it is made. The tape is behind a clear window, so the voter can verify that it is recording votes correctly.
Sounds like the exact system my polling place uses.
Until ‘14 R primaries when the paper tape mysteriously disappeared and hasn’t been seen since.
