I don’t think the FBI announcement will change anyone’s mind that was already planning to vote for Hillary, (lets face it, if you were still going to vote for Clinton after the other hundred scandals over the last 25 years, one more won’t make a difference.) Where I think it will help is the “pox on both your houses” people or the “#nevertrumpers” that were planning to sit out the election. It might be enough to give them the kick in the butt they need to go to polls.

I love they way they state this, or ask the questions. Could mean anything. Am I a "likely voter"? I'm a "hell yes" voter unless I get run over by a DNC bus on the one mile journey from my house to the polling place. (I may walk up the creek and through the woods to minimize that possibility.) "Less inclined"? I couldn't be less inclined, starting from zero chance already. I might be slightly inclined if they held me down in front of that bus as it was rolling forward.
