She is asking that the substance be overlooked, in favor of the form.
Yet isn’t she the first ever potus candidate, under investigation by the FBI for possible national security breaches, carelessness, negligence, etc.
For such grave mistakes, shouldn’t substance override form?

Clinton brought it on herself. Had she complied and provided all email and devices - rather than selecting, BitBleaching, and hammering - there wouldn’t be any email to surface at a later date - such as now.

It may turn out that there is nothing in these emails, but she created this problem and can’t blame the FBI, Congress or anyone else for it.
