Something better be done or no one will believe in the rule of law.

No one believes the rule of law now. Ok I don’t.

Does anybody really think that these masters of the universe will do time?

It’s gonna be just like the banks. No criminal finding. Just have your stockholders pay $100 million to the Alinsky Foundation and we’ll call it even.

If I believed the way you do I wouldn’t waste a minute of my precious life posting on a conservative website.

I'm not so sure that's the same thing as a RICO investigation since I haven't heard that they're looking into whether or not the Clinton Foundation violated the non-profit regulations, not whether or not the banks and companies that kicked money into the Clinton Foundation were operating in concert with them.

That ends up with the worst consequence for those who donated being their having to pay tax on their donations, IOW, a slap on the wrist.

If it's RICO, they're guilty of conspiring with the Clintons and Clinton Foundation to violate laws and commit crimes.

That means there's more than enough precedent to send officers of those banks and companies to prison which, in turn, means there's plenty of incentive to people to roll over and point fingers at not only the Clintons, but all the other politicians and Federal employees who were in on the conspiracy, even a little.

I believe Trump is going to be elected and for the first time in history a former President and First Lady will be sent to prison.

Yes, I believe in the rule of law.

“Yes, I believe in the rule of law”

I will be delighted to see its return. I hope you are correct.

REPOST--New revelations show a nation for sale under Hillary Clinton
NY Post ^ | 08/24/16 | David Harsanyi / FR Posted by Enlightened1

The Democratic Party often warns us that mixing big money and politics will corrupt democracy. They must have nominated Hillary Clinton to prove it.

The Clinton Foundation was ostensibly set up to solve the world’s most pressing problems. Though it’s done some fine work, its most fruitful program has been leveraging Clinton’s position in the State Department to enrich her family, friends and cronies.

It’s against federal law for charities to act in the interests of private business or individuals. Yet the Clinton Foundation secured high-paying gigs for its namesakes and helped for-profit corporations with family ties set up lucrative deals. As it turns out, that’s probably the least corrupt part of the story.

It is becoming clear the foundation was a center of influence-peddling. Rock stars. Soccer players. Conglomerates. Crown princes. All of them paid in. All of them expected access to the US government. Want a seat on a government intelligence advisory board even though you have no relevant experience? The Clinton Foundation may be able to help.

Recently released emails prove the charity’s officials had sought access to State Department personnel while Hillary was in charge. Folks like the prince of Bahrain, who donated $32 million to the foundation, needed to get in touch.

An Associated Press investigation finds that more than half the private citizens who met or spoke with Clinton while she was secretary of state also happened to donate to her foundation. What are the odds? (Excerpt) Read more at nypost.com ...

===================================

ANALYSIS Hillary brazenly goes on Jimmy Kimmel to clown around, to open a pickle jar, as an excuse to talk about her “boring” e-mails.

Keep in mind this was a setup---a person of Hillary's stature gets to tell the show's producers what she wants to talk about (for lesser guests, its the other way around. They are told what the host wants to talk about).

So Hillary connives to lay it out there....that her emails are boring and irrelevant. If that were so, why was she hiding them from the Justice Dept? If it’s no big deal, why did it take four years and a lawsuit against the State Department to gain access to her planning schedules?

More significantly, why did she lie to the American people? Erase tens of thousands of e-mails? Set up a private server in the first place?

Hillary claims running the State Department gave her the "experience and temperament" necessary to be president. But if anything, it reminds us of the Clintons’ propensity for scandal and dishonesty....(and outright lies if the price is right).

The Morocco episode is gaining traction.

Hillary Was Paid Off By The King Of Morocco: Bill Clinton got paid speeches, Clinton Foundation donations, and, in return, then-Secy Hillary would give US support from the State Dept. Despite Morocco's human rights abuses, Hillary was viewed as being “among its most ardent supporters in the Obama administration.”

WIKILEAKS---"This was HRC’s idea, our office approached the Moroccans and they 100 percent believe they are doing this at her request. The King has personally committed approx. $12 million both for the endowment and to support the meeting.”

Abedin said Clinton’s attendance at the CGI event was a condition of the $12 million contribution. “Just to give you some context, the condition upon which the Moroccans agreed to host the meeting was her participation. If HRC was not part if it, meeting was a non-starter,” Abedin said.

============================================

REALITY CHECK--In 2008, the US State Dept's Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) commenced a five-year, $697.5 million compact with the Kingdom of Morocco to reduce poverty and stimulate economic growth.

The State Dept's MCC compact invests in expansion of fruit tree agriculture (including olives, nuts, and dates), support for small-scale fisheries and fish- markets, enhancement of the artisanal sector in the city of Fes, and training for small-scale businesses across all these sectors .........with an emphasis on training for women and youth including literacy training.

2012---Former Secy of State Hillary Clinton shakes hands with Morocco's
Foreign Minister Saad Eddine Othmani in Rabat Feb 26, 2012.

2015--Former US president Bill Clinton, on a private visit to Morocco, was received in the Rabat royal palace by HM King Mohammed VI.

ABC News reported in may 6, 2015 that ex-president Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation’s Global Initiative were being hosted at a five-star luxury hotel in Morocco by one of the world's most controversial mining companies, criticized for "serious human rights violations" by the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice.

The Moroccan government-owned mining company OCP operates in disputed international territory in a remote part of the Saharan Desert and the firm has been criticized for removing the resources without adequately compensating the impoverished people who live there.“

Any time the human rights of a population are systematically suppressed in this type of way it's a serious concern, and I think it's worthy of attention,” said David McKean, who has studied the issue for the RFK center.

OCP mining paid $1 million to help host the event and throw a private cocktail reception, to the dismay of human rights activists.

2016 UPDATE Pres O gave Mrs O $100 million tax dollars from the State Dept's Millennium Challenge Corporation on her visit to Morocco for "teaching Muslim girls"...... to be administered by the post-presidency tax-exempt Obama Foundation.

Michele, her daughters and her mother in Morocco's palace.

===========================================

(hat tip LORIANNE) The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a bilateral US foreign aid agency established by the US Congress in 2004, applying a new philosophy toward foreign aid. It is an independent agency separate from the State Department and USAID.

The MCC Board is made up of representatives. These include the MCC's CEO, the U.S. Secretary of State who is the chair, the Secretary of Treasury who is the vice chair, the administrator of USAID, the U.S. Trade Representative and other private-sector or development-related officials.

Didn’t Bill say ‘House of Cards’ was true-to-life?

For a political series that offers insight into Hillary’s medical issues along with the wellhead of Dem Machine politics see the show ‘Boss’. Chicago mayor in the Daley tradition battles Lewy Body Dementia. Netflix has it, but I can’t recall if it’s available streaming or just on DVD.

the leader has to be somewhat intelligent or thinks herself so, devious, uncaring, evil, criminally smart, calculated, malicious, sneaky, and diabolical but she also has to choose underlings that are not to bright, willing, dedicated, in awe of, idolizing, willing to do anything and everything to stay in favor and move up her ladder. Here lies the problem and her eventual downfall from within. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer person! viva la trump!
