She’s a sick, senile old lady. She needs to step down for the good of the DemocRAT Party. If she continues with this charade, it could mean the end of the DemoRATS. The party has been good to her and made her very, very rich. It’s time for her to take one for the party.

I agree with most of it except the part about Trump. Kaine is a buffoon.

Democrats should ask Clinton to step aside They can ask but who's gonna make her?
DNC officials should be more concerned about an unplanned visit to Fort Marcy Park.

They probably won’t ask her that to her face without an armed guard nearby. Maybe they can get her husband to ask her. He’s used to getting knocked around by her, and he could fight back if he wished to.

I am in shock. First they endorse her, and now they want her to step down? Happy to see this.

She had already lost it. The paper had endorsed Gary Johnson for president.

What’s sad is that even if many Dems turn on her the NeverTrumpers never will.

Interesting. A certain group of dems seem to think this whole event is being perceived as a witch-hunt, which will galvanize the democrat base and draw swing-voters into a sympathy vote for Clinton.
This action by the Chic-Trib doesn't seem to support that notion at all.

If this article was from sixteen years ago, it would be pertinent.
But they couldn't bring themselves to ask her to step aside when she took a $100,000 bribe laundered through the cattle futures market, when she tried to turn the White House into her own personal piggy bank by firing the Travel Office Personnel and then lying about it, when she sent thugs out to threaten the lives and destroy the reputations of any woman who accused Bill Clinton for his history of sexual harassment and assault, when she refused to provide evidence demanded by a subpoena for two years, when she and her husband got hold of hundreds of unredacted FBI files on their various enemies...
Her thirty years of "public service" have been a history of failure and corruption which she has parlayed into a quarter of a billion dollars in her own personal fortune through racketeering, influence peddling and pay-to-play schemes.
And now they want her out?
Now?!
You stay, Girl! You keep on fighting right up until the end. Don't you let that ol' coffee fetchin' Kenyan Muslim replace you with Crazy Joe. This belongs to you. It's your time.

Remember that Bill Clinton leveraged the "Year of the Woman." Then he preyed on women in the White House and Hillary protected him. But the political left most particularly the women of the left defended him because he promised to protect abortion rights and their other agendas. John Kass has his facts down pat...
