If I remember the timing correctly, the reason that Comey was pushed into making decisions normally left to prosecutors is that Loretta Lynch’s DOJ had lost all credibility after she met Slick Willie in the airplane. So it was the Grifters themselves going overboard in trying to rig the system that led to the FBI’s unusual role in this case. So when the Dema say that Comey has done some unusual things here, they are correct but a lot of that is of their own making.

The FBI has to be on the ragged edge of total rebellion and some of the letters Comey has been receiving from past FBI agents are incendiary and then it started to look like Trump was going to win. The guy is just trying to survive.
