He could have! The American people, despite wanting change, give Obama a over 50% approval rating. Biden isn’t ensnared in any controversies, and with the help of the media who have thrown everything at Trump, Biden probably would have won. It’s sad to think that because of issues like immigration, foreign policy, Obamacare premiums rising, etc.

All this to be Hillary’s Secretary of State? Why would he settle for that when he could have had the big prize?
