It won't hurt Hillary with the Democrat base, but those Independents who were leaning her way could start thinking they might just stay home, or even, if they just can't abide Trump, vote for the Libertarian or Green party,just to 'make a statement'.
Works for me, either way.
Just on general principles, whether they like Trump or not, I think the vast majority of Americans will be voting to get these corrupt people out of power once and for all. All of them.
