DNA cited to clear JonBenet Ramsey family in murder in question: report

The DNA analysis that prompted a Colorado prosecutor to exonerate the family of 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey in her 1996 murder was not as clear cut as she portrayed it at the time, a newspaper reported on Friday.

The Boulder Daily Camera, in conjunction with Denver television station KUSA-TV, said the results an outside laboratory conducted on DNA found in the slain girl’s clothing contained genetic markers from two people.

That conclusion is at apparent odds with statements made by former Boulder prosecutor Mary Lacy when she cited the report to clear the Ramsey family of involvement in the girl’s murder.

Lacy said in 2008 that the DNA belonged to a single male and there was “no innocent explanation” for its presence other than it belonged to an unidentified intruder who was the killer.

The beaten and strangled body of JonBenet Ramsey was found in the basement of her parent’s Boulder, Colo. home on Dec. 26, 1996. No one has been charged with her killing.

You know it’s a Clinton election when DNA evidence is in the news.

And an expert in a recent documentary opined that the DNA sample included genetic markers for an Hispanic male. Assuming that contamination by the police and lab techs was correctly excluded, the case for one or more intruders as responsible for Jon Benet’s death becomes persuasive if not compelling. As for her parents, they may have covered up not their son’s role in Jon Benet’s death but his embarrassing ill will toward her for a richer haul of Christmas presents.

That “Touch DNA” result has already been shown to be not reliable at the time they did it. Whomever may have touched the garment in the whole string of major gaffs in the entire investigation have disqualified everything collected, by design in my opinion.

Last night on a related story on OANN, they played a part of an interview Dr. Phil did with the son. It was really odd in that explaining what he knew of the family’s activities that morning, he had a constant grin and even smile while describing them.

The mother did it. Jon Benet was a bed wetter and the mom wanted a perfect child, and bed wetting infuriated her and she probably whacked the kid over the head with something then tried to make it look like a murder/kidnapping with the fake ransom note and rope around the neck. I mean give me a break, that note is as fake as it gets, I believe the cops even found practice notes, plus the whole concept is utterly ridiculous “We have your kid! Give us money, but we are going to leave her dead body behind” WHAT? The mother got away with murder, that’s the bottom line.

As tragic as the murder of any child is, this case simply is not worthy of the national attention it receives.

Hillary herself got away with murder and bragged about it. “WE came, WE saw, HE DIED (in captivity and ‘I’ just confessed to backing it)” Hillary Clinton on CBS News

I know that Hillary was thrilled about killing Khaddafi--but what I don't get is what was the purpose in killing him? How do the Clintons gain by murdering a foreign head of state and destablizing the foreign country? Did Hillary (and Obama) intend for the Middle East to become a festering unstable hell hole, causing millions of people to flee and, in turn, destabilize Europe? Or was this just an ill-thought-out act of making Khaddafi an example so that other heads of state would realize the Clintons were serious when they told them to "donate" to the Clinton foundation, or else?

On the surface, there is no reason for destabilizing the Middle East. And Hillary has been provoking Russia for months now. God help us if she wins the election, she will bring on WWIII, apparently just to show she can.

And this post has nothing to do with Jon Benet. Nothing against the little girl, but news of her murder was old within three months. This begs the question of why I clicked on this thread.

Think you’re on track with the whole destabilizing Europe angle, and by extension, doing similar here by bringing over tens of thousands of refugees and allowing a wide open southern border. To totally change the “complexity” of the population, for starters, and to drive a stake into the heart of western Judeo-Christian history/heritage. (Will now remove my tin foil hat.)

Do you seriously believe that an intruder killed the girl and then sat in the parents' bedroom and wrote the two lengthy phony ransom notes while the parents slept?

I just finished reading two books wrote by two detectives in the case. In both they make firm case that parents were involved. One leans more to Patsy out of anger of bed-wetting, tired from days and days of non stop xmas parties and events. The other leans to her brother. The pineapple bowl and tea glass had both Patsy and Burke’s fingerprints on them.

Burke was up eating pineapple with Patsy who was packing for trip next day to Michigan. Patsy got Jon Benet up to take to bathroom or change her if she wet bed. Jon Benet came down to eat pineapple grabbed Burke’s and he grabbed the flashlight and hit in the head.

The pen used to write the letter was found near the phone where she made 911 call. It was put back where she normally kept that pen. Now why would a kidnapper grab a pen from its normal place and then take the time to put it back where they found it. They wouldn’t.

Also, a friend who was there with John that day told detectives that John told him he found her body at 11am not 1pm when John carried her body upstairs. John disappeared for about 1hr after 10am call never came. Where was he, what was he doing? Theory is John got suspicious and went looking in basement and found her. One detective leans that John didn’t know and found out later and help cover or two that John and Patsy both knew what happened at get go then covered.

Detective said after John disappeared for a while when he came back he appeared upset and anxious. Perhaps he was thinking of what to do and how to discover the body, etc.

Also, former nanny said Burke was obscessed with fecal matter. She often found his fecal matter in his room, on the walls and had to clean it up. Fecal matter was found in Jon Benet’s bed and also on some xmas brownies she had received days before.

Burke is very odd person, I think Asbergers syndrome. Medical records for both kids were never allowed to be obtained, lawyers and DA blocked for release and review.

Whatever happened it was an accident and covered up. Just sad, this little girl will never get justice.

Hillary was lobbied on behalf of some third party to do so. Obama wasn’t originally for the scheme.

And in all of the talk about how Bush destabilized Iraq, there never is any libsplanation for the torture, abuse, and killing of a POW named Gaddafi.

He was a dictator doesn’t cut it.
He was a former sponsor of terrorism doesn’t cut it.

So were Castro and Hussein.

For the record I clicked on it to see if there was a “there” there, any concrete evidence one way or the other to put the story to rest.

At this point the resting place of Jimmy Hoffa doesn’t matter either but if his remains were located or confessed I might click the thread.

I lived in Thornton Co, when it happened. Worked in Boulder. The MOTHER did it, walked in on the Father,..she wrote the note. Blamed it on the LEOs, and conveniently MOVED from Colorado. Oh and OJ did the crime also.

After watching the documentary - the scenario where the brother whacks her in the head with the heavy flashlight seems the most likely. The taped interviews with that kid were downright disturbing

I do not have a theory of the case, but I hold to three points: (1) the police did not present a solid case against the Ramseys, which is why prosecutors declined to pursue such charges; (2) Boulder, like most communities — and perhaps more than most — has an alarming abundance of sexual predators on the loose as possible suspects and they were not properly investigated and eliminated by the police due to their obsession with the Ramseys; and (3), the DNA evidence is crucial and has a good chance of yielding a solution in time, especially if scientific advances are applied to the evidence as such advances become available.

Of course, you did not answer my question:

“Do you seriously believe that an intruder killed the girl and then sat in the parents’ bedroom and wrote the two lengthy phony ransom notes while the parents slept?”

You seem to want to believe in a stranger intruder of some kind, but this is not consistent with the long phony ransom notes. They were obviously written by someone intimate with the family.

The fact that the parents were not been prosecuted hardly proves anything. Murder convictions require a great deal of evidence.

Colorado, like many states, now has an extensive DNA database of sex offenders. There have been no matches to the unknown DNA on the victim’s clothes. We all have unknown DNA on our clothes.

Again, I do not have a theory of the case. Nor is my grasp of the details adequate to either agree with or dispute the premises of your question beyond asserting that burglars and sexual predators can be extraordinarily brazen. As I explained, I think that scrutiny of the DNA evidence is likely to eventually result in progress and a probable solution.

Granted, the claim that jealous brother Burke smeared JonBenet's Christmas presents, bed, and bedrooms walls with feces indicates that he was disturbed and aggressive toward his young sister. That does not necessarily make Burke a killer though, and it is hard to argue that he was the killer in the absence of clear proof.
