Lisbon is in the district where he has a shot at that electoral vote.
He has a lock on the 2nd Congressional District (Lisbon is in that CD), and this venue is especially friendly to Trump - Bible-thumping Christians.
Meant to add, thanks for gently pointing out my mistake in the early post, that Lisbon is in the 1st CD. I honestly thought it was. Lisbon isn't that far north, and for whatever reason, I thought the 2nd CD strated around Bangor parts.
