He joked in NH that he could have taken the rest of the day off from campaigning, but hoping friends that are waiting in Lisbon get to see him live.
He’s about an hour late- weather appeared to be a factor in delaying his departure earlier today.
The developing news may be adding to the delay, as the implications would likely spurn Trump’s team into a hyper investigative mode, so as to capitalize on the situation as it’s breaking, and to allow for the utilization of this damning information at his rallies.
