Holy cow! The judge is apparently feeling very vindictive after this verdict came out.

The STATISTS have not given up!

#40 when he is outted he can live in fear and shame like the coward Lon Horuchi who went underground and most likely in fed. protection after the Weaver Trial.

Jury nullification was originally used by the Mafia, i.e. threatening the jury members or members of their family.

Then the communists led by William Kunstler, Leonard Weinglass, Charles R. Gary (Hillary’s old Black Panther Party case leader, New Haven trial), and people from their law firms and CPUSA legal fronts (National Lawyers Guild and now the Center for Constitutional Rights).

If it works, use it. About time that our side did.

“Except for Levoy Finicum, who was shot dead by the Obama federal government ambush.”

Do not forget to include the Obama regime in this. The BLM scum that murdered Finicum need to face justice.

Does this have any effect on Dwight and Steven Hammond’s sentences?

No, sadly I don't think it does.

And those sentences were themselves a miscarriage of justice.

The people who have done bad things need to be indicted and prosecuted. Sounds like one Representative needs to be indicted as well.

As for the man killed..., it should be looked at.

These guys are not above the law.

After the jury handed down its decision, Judge Anna Brown allowed all of the refuge occupiers to leave the courtroom except for Ammon and Ryan Bundy. Both men have federal holds for a separate ranching standoff in Nevada that was led by their father Cliven Bundy.

Mumford got into a heated argument that ultimately led to the attorney being led out of the courtroom in handcuffs. Our reporters say Mumford started repeatedly yelling that his client was free to go after the verdict was read.

One supporter tells KATU News that U.S. Marshals used a stun gun on Mumford after throwing him to the ground.

No word on what charges, if any, Mumford faces.

Exactly, the federal government should go on trial over their manufactured crisis that got someone killed for no reason. Feds are scary people. It will be even worse under Hillary, heaven forbid

I thought they were toast after Levoy's murder.

I am actually stunned that the feral government didn't make the jurors an offer they couldn't refuse.

"Both agents lied, said they didn't shoot, and removed spent shells from the scene, a violation of FBI policy for shooting scenes. "

Yes but I have been assured by many Freepers, they would ever come for your guns and violate your second amendment right.

I was wondering the same thing. Will they now go free? That was another instance of the overreaching power of the gov. Very very unjust.
