The opposition controlled National Assembly is planning a trial next Tuesday of President Nicholas Maduro for shutting down the recall election process to remove him from office.
When they came into work this morning the power was shut off to their building.
The session will go ahead without electricity.

Or... is it real or is it a pose? Because, I thought that Maduro still had a death grip on power through the military.

The information age helps to pull people together, even when the megalomaniac politicians would suppress them.
I hope Venezuela regains its freedom soon. And I hope that Cuba and the other suppressed regimes also get freedom in the near future.
