So, this group is conceding all right - conceding that Hillary is not going to get the numbers that Obama has gotten from blacks.

Hillary is not going to get the numbers that Obama has anywhere. Here's the bottom line - she is max'ed in both approval rating and those inclined to vote fer here, she's hit the ceiling. People vote for me, vote for you, or stay home. So the first is no longer an option. Her only play is to stop the remaining vote to vote for Trump; this is why the whole focus of MSM is to depress the remaning vote.

This year no one's falling for it.
